2. Reservation Tips:

Shanghai Disney tickets are date-specific and non-refundable once booked. Each passport can purchase up to 5 tickets per day. All travelers in the order must enter the park on the same day.

Check-in at Disney hotels requires the reservation holder’s ID. Earliest check-in is 15:00, and check-out is 11:00. Guest information cannot be arbitrarily changed.
3. Service Guarantee:

Tours can be confirmed with a minimum of 2 participants. Once the order is confirmed, the tour is scheduled. The itinerary is shopping-free. Any unauthorized addition of shopping stops will incur compensation at 10% of the total cost per occurrence.

4. Discount Tips:

Holders of military ID, senior card, student card, etc., should bring the original document during travel. Discounts are subject to verification at the attraction and according to onsite policy.
