- A single room surcharge (900 CNY / Night ) applies if a traveler stays alone in a separate room at the designated hotel for the entire trip.

- Children under 12 years old are provided with half-sized portions of meals and a seat on the tour bus (excluding transportation fees within scenic areas). Any additional expenses are the responsibility of the child’s guardian.

*Please note that tickets for scenic areas and performances are limited and require real-name registration. To book tickets, please provide accurate ID information (name and ID number) in advance. Once the ticket booking is confirmed, travel arrangements can proceed. Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged after issuance. If tickets are pre-sold, availability will be confirmed at the time of issuance. If tickets are unavailable, we recommend choosing alternative routes. Thank you for your understanding.

- If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 on the day 10 day(s) before departure, no fee will be charged for cancellation.
- If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 on the day 7 day(s) before departure, a fee of 10% will be charged.
- If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 on the day 3 day(s) before departure, a fee of 30% will be charged.
- If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 on the day 1 day before departure, a fee of 100% will be charged.
- If a discount is applied, the fee will be calculated as a proportion of the pre-discount price. It will not exceed the amount actually paid.
