Clothing & Travel Tips for Western Sichuan (June–September)
👀 Western Sichuan refers to Ganzi Prefecture (toward Daocheng Yading) and Aba Prefecture (toward Jiuzhaigou).
‼ These areas are part of the Sichuan Plateau, with altitudes ranging from 1,900 to 4,700 meters.
How to Prevent or Ease Altitude Sickness?

Oral Glucose Solution – A must-have! Drink it on an empty stomach in the morning and evening, starting from Day 1 of your trip.

Thermos Bottle – Bring one and drink plenty of hot water throughout the day.

Avoid physical strain – No running, jumping, emotional outbursts, or sudden squatting/sitting. Stand and rest with slight support when tired.
