5-Day Itinerary

+ DAY 1: Arrival in Chengdu

Upon your arrival in Chengdu, our driver will meet you at the airport according to your flight schedule and transfer you to your hotel for check-in. After settling in, you are free to explore the city at your own pace. Chengdu is famous for its culinary delights and laid-back lifestyle. You can take a leisurely stroll through the city's streets, visit a restaurant of your choice, or wander through charming alleys to experience the unique charm of this relaxing city.

+ DAY 2: Chengdu East Station – Huanglong Jiuzhai Station – Huanglong – Jiuzhaigou Entrance

After breakfast at the hotel, we will take a high-speed train (specific train schedules will be confirmed in the tour notice) to Huanglong Jiuzhai Station or Songpan Station. Upon arrival, we will transfer by car to Huanglong Scenic Area (admission ticket included), a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its breathtaking landscapes featuring colorful pools, snow-capped mountains, deep gorges, and vibrant forests. The area is famous for its unique travertine formations and stunning karst landforms, often referred to as a paradise on earth. Notable attractions include Xishen Cave, Jinsha Pudi, Bonsai Pool, Huanglong Cave, Huanglong Temple, Stone Pagoda, and Five-Colored Pool.
After the tour, we will visit a local Tibetan home to experience Tibetan hospitality. You will have the chance to enjoy highland barley wine and butter tea, savor Tibetan-style hot pot and other traditional Tibetan dishes, sing folk songs, and join in the lively Guozhuang dance around the bonfire (this is a complimentary activity; if you choose not to participate, no refunds or substitutions will be provided).
After the experience, we will transfer to the hotel for rest. Train schedule from Chengdu East to Huanglong Jiuzhai Station will be based on actual ticket availability.
Important Notes:
1.There will be no tour guide or staff on the high-speed train, so please take care of your personal belongings and safety.
2.If you are prone to motion sickness, please bring medication and wear warm clothing.
3.As we enter Aba Prefecture, please respect local customs and follow the guide's instructions.
4.Due to the high altitude of Huanglong, visitors over 70 years old or those with cardiovascular conditions are advised not to visit for safety reasons. If you choose to go despite health concerns, you will be responsible for any consequences.

+ DAY 3: Full-Day Exploration of Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area

After breakfast, we will gather at the hotel and transfer to Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area (admission ticket included). Please bring your passport for ID verification before boarding the eco-friendly sightseeing buses to explore the stunning landscapes. Due to the large number of visitors, the guide will not be able to accompany you throughout the entire visit.
In the evening, you may optionally attend a Tibetan cultural performance (self-paid). Meals are not included for this evening.

Important Notes:
1.Jiuzhaigou is an eco-tourism destination; please do not enter undeveloped areas.
2.The sightseeing buses operate like public transit, so be sure to pick up a park map at the visitor center to plan your visit.
3.Always queue properly, watch out for traffic, and keep your belongings secure.
4.Smoking is strictly prohibited in the park except in designated areas at Nuorilang Service Center. Violators may face heavy fines.

+ DAY 4: Jiuzhaigou – Huanglong Jiuzhai Station – Chengdu East Station – Free Time

After breakfast at the hotel, we will transfer to the train station and take a high-speed train back to Chengdu. Upon arrival, you are free to explore Chengdu at your own leisure. Recommended attractions:
Chunxi Road – a bustling shopping and dining street
Taikoo Li – a modern lifestyle district with high-end shopping and trendy cafes
Jinli Ancient Street – a historic street with traditional Sichuan architecture and snacks
Kuanzhai Alley (Wide and Narrow Alleys) – a charming area showcasing Chengdu’s old and new cultural blend

Please be on time for the return high-speed train. If you miss it due to personal delays, you will be responsible for arranging your own transportation.
