3-Day Itinerary
Morning: Hotel pick-up and departure by car (exact time to be confirmed by your guide). Drive along the scenic Minjiang River, passing Dujiangyan, Zipingpu Dam, and the Dujiangyan-Wenchuan Highway, heading to Dujiangyan Panda Valley.
10:00–12:00 – Upon arrival, receive a map of the park and plan your route. Start your visit at the Panda Nursery to see adorable newborn panda cubs and learn about their environment and care. Then, explore the panda enclosures and watch them eat bamboo, play, and nap — an unforgettable experience.
Lunch: On your own at a nearby local restaurant.
Afternoon: Transfer to Ganbao Tibetan Village (free-entry area, approx. 2-hour visit). This charming hillside village is known as "Ganbao Jia Qiong" in Tibetan, meaning "the great village of a hundred households." Enjoy the distinctive Tibetan stone houses and their impressive artistic carvings.
Dinner: On your own. You may also choose to enjoy a traditional Tibetan meal and a bonfire party (optional, extra cost).
After dinner, check in to your hotel in Gulgou.

Rilong Town sits at 3,200 meters above sea level. Avoid alcohol and strenuous activity. Most hotels close their gates around 10:00 PM—please return early for rest.

Siguniang Mountain lies in a transition zone between subtropical monsoon and plateau continental climates. It has dry, cool weather year-round. Expect cold mornings and evenings, hot midday sun, and brilliant night skies. Due to high altitude, altitude sickness may occur—bring altitude relief medication and rain gear.
Summer and autumn are the best seasons to visit. Evening hours are free time—please keep your belongings safe and be aware of personal safety.

Horse Riding in Changping Valley
Horse riding is considered a high-risk activity and is not covered by the travel agency's insurance. Choose carefully and ride only when accompanied by a local horse guide. Do not ride alone or gallop. Dismount and walk on steep or rough terrain.
