+ Day 1: Chengdu Hotel pick-up - Panda Base
Pick-up from your hotel and transfer to the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding. Begin your visit at the Moonlight and Sunshine Nursery Houses to see adorable baby pandas. Then, head to the Panda Villas to observe giant pandas up close as they eat, play, and nap in their naturalistic habitats.
Lunch:
Enjoy a self-paid lunch at one of the base’s on-site restaurants or snack areas. Light meals and local snacks are available to recharge for the afternoon.
Afternoon:
Continue exploring other parts of the panda base, such as the red panda zone and Swan Lake. Admire the lush natural scenery and diverse wildlife. Don’t miss the iconic Panda Tower — climb up for a panoramic view of the entire base.

Here, you can closely observe the adorable antics of giant pandas, from munching on bamboo and climbing trees to rolling around, all of which will bring a smile to your face. In addition to the pandas, the base features a specialized science education area, allowing visitors to learn about their habits and conservation knowledge while enjoying the charming pandas.
