Tour 'Wow' Points
Niubei Mountain
Niubei Mountain, often called the “King of Cloud-Sea Viewing Platforms,” is one of Sichuan’s most spectacular highland destinations, located about 4–5 hours from Chengdu. Sitting at over 3,600 meters (11,800 ft), the summit offers an unrivaled 360-degree panorama of snowcapped peaks, including the majestic Mount Gongga—known as the “King of Sichuan Mountains. What makes Niubei Mountain truly special is its dramatic natural scenery. On clear days, travelers can witness a rolling sea of clouds, golden sunrises and sunsets, and at night, an endless starry sky and the Milky Way. The mountain is also famous for its ever-changing weather, which creates a mystical atmosphere where peaks and valleys appear and disappear in the mist.
