Tour 'Wow' Points

Breaking Bamboo for Panda Cubs

Personally transporting fresh bamboo and breaking it. When pandas eat, they often sit upright, using their front paws to grab the tender bamboo leaves and bring them to their mouths. They break the bamboo and first chew the leaves, then hold the bamboo with their paws and eat in an orderly manner.

Feeding Learning

Watch the keepers feed the pandas and conduct behavior training while delivering special food to the pandas. This is an opportunity to learn about how the keepers provide daily care for the pandas, and children can observe and interact closely with the national treasure.

Cutting Bamboo Leaves (Exclusive to Dujiangyan Base)

In the case of the panda named "Zijin", who was rescued from the wild and had severe injuries and poor teeth, we developed the method of cutting bamboo leaves into small pieces for feeding.
