Hotel pickup and transfer to the Panda Base
Suggested tour route: Enter through the South Gate and exit through the West Gate. Recommended stops include:
Giant Panda Museum: Learn about the evolution, living habits, and conservation efforts of giant pandas. There are also interactive exhibits to deepen your understanding of these adorable animals；Adult Panda Villas: Watch adult pandas as they nap in the trees, play on the ground, or enjoy bamboo snacks—truly a heart-melting experience；Sunshine Nursery House: This is where panda moms and their babies live. You may get a glimpse of tiny, fluffy panda cubs—it’s cuteness overload；Moonlight Nursery House: Another great place to observe young pandas. If you're lucky, you might catch a scene of a keeper bottle-feeding a cub；Panda Walking Street: Take a relaxing walk, enjoy the beautiful scenery, and browse panda-themed souvenirs；Exit through the West Gate: Conclude your visit to the Panda Base.
Lunch: On Your Own
Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant near the Panda Base. After your tour, you can try authentic Sichuan cuisine such as twice-cooked pork, mapo tofu, and kung pao chicken to recharge for the afternoon.

The Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding is the largest giant panda breeding research institution in the world and the best place to observe these national treasures. The base boasts a beautiful ecological environment with lush greenery, making it a comprehensive attraction that integrates research, education, tourism, and conservation. Here, you can closely observe the adorable antics of giant pandas, from munching on bamboo and climbing trees to rolling around, all of which will bring a smile to your face. In addition to the pandas, the base features a specialized science education area, allowing visitors to learn about their habits and conservation knowledge while enjoying the charming pandas. There's also a special “Panda Encounter” experience, where you can meet the celebrity panda "Hua Hua."
