• Cancellation 10 Days Before Departure: Cancellations made by 11:59 PM, 10 days prior to departure, are eligible for a full refund with the amount refunded to your original payment method.

• Cancellation 7 Days Before Departure: Cancellations made by 11:59 PM, 7 days prior to departure will incur a 10% cancellation fee, with the remaining balance refunded to your original payment method.

• Cancellation 3 Days Before Departure: Cancellations made by 11:59 PM, 3 days prior to departure will incur a 30% cancellation fee, with the remaining balance refunded to your original payment method.

• Cancellation 1 Day Before Departure: Cancellations made by 11:59 PM, 1 day prior to departure will incur a 100% cancellation fee, and no refund will be issued.

Additional Notes:

• Discounted Bookings: If a discount was applied, the cancellation fee will be based on the original price before the discount. The fee will not exceed the total amount paid, and refunds will be returned to your original payment method.

• Partial Refunds: Partial refunds are not available.

• Date Changes: To change your booking date, please cancel your current reservation and rebook. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to your original payment method.
